Club Officers 2025

We are truly honoured to be Captains for 2025 and appreciate all the well wishes we have received to date.

2025 promises to be a busy year for the club, with course and house development high on the agenda. Continued improvement to both is what we strive for.

We wish our new head greenkeeper, Shane and course director, Alan the best of luck in their roles. Alongside Mick, Brendan, and Johnny, we have a great team in place.

Our teams had great success in 2024 and represented the club with integrity. Another pennant is achievable, and we wish all teams the best in their endeavours.

Our Junior/Juvenile section has grown consistently for the last number of years. Testament to great work by our youth development committee. We are extremely proud of this group and we look forward to seeing them develop for many years to come.

We are immensely grateful to our sponsors and the countless number of volunteers who give their time so generously. Without you, our club would not be in the position we are in today.

We would like to wish all members and visitors an enjoyable golfing year, and we look forward to seeing you in 2025.

Captain Ciaran, Lady Captain Deirdre, and Junior Captain Gavin.

Course Map

Edenderry Golf Club has been in existence since 1910 where Eddie Hackett designed a magnificent golf course built on the natural peat that is synonymous with this part of the country.

Eddie used the natural terrain to create a superb golf course that is playable all year round. The course is particularly long at 6,515 yards with a Par of 72 including 4 very interesting Par-5s. There are 4 Par-3s at Edenderry, each of which has its own challenge. The course has an abundance of mature trees and strategically placed bunkers making it a challenging, but fair test of golf for the experienced and beginner alike.

Edenderry Golf Club has a state-of-the-art clubhouse, where the Visitor and Members alike can relax and enjoy the memory of a fine days golf.
